Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods or custom/personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and photos if applicable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
